Meridiem (“we”), based in the Republic of Korea, exports and distributes Korean cosmetics and medical supplies. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website. Contact: contact@meridiem.kr.
What we collect
- Details you enter in our forms: company name, your name, business email, phone or messenger ID, country, company type, products of interest, quantities, current prices and terms, and any message or file you attach.
- Technical data that any website receives, such as your IP address and browser type, processed by our hosting and font providers to deliver the site.
Why we use it
We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.
- To answer your inquiry and prepare quotes.
- To coordinate with partners in the relevant market.
- To follow up on an ongoing business relationship.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for three years after our last contact with you, unless the law requires longer or you ask us to delete them sooner. (To be confirmed.)
Service providers and transfers abroad
We use the following providers to run this website and handle inquiries. Some of them store data outside Korea.
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): delivers form submissions to our mailbox. Data is processed outside Korea.
- Google LLC: business email (Google Workspace) and web fonts. Data is processed in the United States and other countries.

Cookies
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or stop the processing of your personal information at any time by writing to contact@meridiem.kr. We will reply within the period set by law.
